EMOM Strength: Workout will start with individual core strength based exercises followed by finishers. Ramp up your heart rate and cardiovascular fitness with light to medium weights. In this EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout we will work on form and speed. Perfect for all levels as it is time-based but giving every level of fitness the opportunity to give it their individual all during each minute of work.
You can still join with no weight. Modification will be provided for body only or looped bands.
