All orders made before 2pm Pacific Time will be shipped out the same day. Anything ordered after 2pm will be shipped the following day. Free shipping over $150 is for standard shipping ONLY. If you need expedited shipping please choose so accordingly and you will be charged the difference.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For sizing issues, we will exchange for better fit if we have it in stock, if within the 15 day period. If not, store credit or refund will be issued. Please check our size chart, prior to ordering, to ensure a good fit. We will email a return label to ship the item back. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/store credit/exchange.
Then your refund/store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
