RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We are happy to offer a return, for store credit, or exchange of item within 14 days of purchase. Clearance or marked down items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for return or exchange. To start return process, email Jroseelite@gmail.com with your request, including order number.
To be eligible for a return, item must be
・unworn, in the same condition you received it
・free of dog hair, stains, make up, deodorant, etc
・removable bra pads must be in place
・must be returned in poly zip bag packaging it arrived in.
We will exchange for a different size, if we have it in stock, within 14 days of purchase. If alternate size isn't available, store credit, in the form of a discount code, will be issued. You will ship item back or drop it off, if local, to:

. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will then be issued an exchange code to purchase the alternate item(s).
